Always known for his live performances, including his recent US tour and European tours supporting the release of his new album "Illumination", "Paul Weller--Two Classic Performances" captures two complete and very different Weller live experiences. The DVD contains the two hour Live at Hyde Park performance in front of 22,000 Weller fans in London. With full band, this show include guest spots from Jocelyn Brown, Carleen Anderson and Stereophonic's Kelly Jones. This performance was the first time his fans could hear songs from "Illumination" which would go straight in at No. 1 a few months later in the UK. The second performance, 'Paul Weller...Later with Jools Holland' was recorded last Christmas in support of his hugely successful "Days of Speed" album--the first time in 10 years Paul had performed anything from his Jam and Style Council back catalogue, stripped down to just him and a guitar.
