Since coming onto the bluegrass scene at the dawn of the millennium, Steep Canyon Rangers have been on a journey and continue to push the boundaries of the genre.

Their new single, “In the Next Life,” finds them on an Americana path that diverges from their bluegrass origins. Produced by Brandon Bell (Zac Brown, John Prine), the Rangers continue to hone their craft with unlikely collaborators while developing a sound that is uniquely their own.

The song itself is “about learning from our mistakes and moving towards brighter days,” the band said.
